Overview
The three member Deferred Compensation Board is the regulatory authority for all public sector 457 plans in the State of New York, including the State Plan and deferred compensation plans that are approved by the Board but are not a part of the State Plan.
Model Plans
Model Plans are those plans operated by employers in NYS who choose to administer their own 457(b).
Board Meetings
Board Meetings are usually held on a quarterly basis.
